For the past 2 years, My One Day Uni Life (MODUL) had received multiple positive responses, especially from the refugee students, this truly pushed us to improve every year.

2017’s MODUL was a little different from the previous years, we decided to make it into a two-days-one-night camp, and it was held on the 26th and 27th of July. There was a total of 120 refugee teens who came from different refugee education centres. The students of UCSI also showed their passion in volunteering for there was a total of 50 students who joined as participants.

MODUL aims to break down the social gap between university students and the underserved community. Exposing them to the university environment in hopes of motivating them to study diligently and pursue tertiary education. At the same time, it allows the teens to discover their passions in different fields for activities held are organized by different faculties of UCSI.
